UNSTOPPABLE NUTRITION

PHASE ONE

The Phase One program is designed for those seeking knowledge about their existing nutrition habits and how to re-direct them into a healthy lifestyle change. From weight management to peak fitness performance, Phase One clients are educated on the most optimal nutrition regimen for their needs and discover the most effective ways to achieve a healthy lifestyle with research-based nutritional advice. This is done through regular counseling (typically weekly) and assessments as well as review of protocol. When necessary, we also focus on non-dietary aspects of a person’s life in order to improve one’s overall well-being such as time management, stress management, physical activity, mindset, among many others. We ultimately teach our clients how to become self-sufficient with their eating and healthy lifestyle.

PHASE TWO

The Phase Two program follows the same protocol as the Phase One program, but with two key additions ... real time (weekly) analysis of actual food consumption and nutritional and fitness levels. In Phase Two we review weekly food journals (typically done online) and activity logs as well as take Muscle Quality and Body Fat measurements (monthly) via the state-of-the-art Skulpt utility. This allows us to monitor progress in a much more efficient and scientific way than by simply having you step on a scale every week!

PHASE THREE

In both Phase One and Phase Two, clients are provided with nutritional parameters to abide by, but the actual choices of when and what to eat are left in your hands. Phase Three is for those wanting a more dramatic change! Here we provide you with a detailed meal plan, including many proven recipes and supplementation strategy. Not only that, but upon request, we will visit your home and raid your pantry then accompany you to your favorite grocery store to coach you on how to shop for a healthier lifestyle, not just for you but for your family as well!
